Do you provide tracking numbers after my order has been shipped?

Upon completion of your order, tracking information will be provided to the email supplied to us. You can always log into your account to view tracking numbers. Please check spam folders.

Can I ship to a PO box?

Yes, please select the USPS option. UPS does not allow shipping to PO boxes.

Can you ship to APO address?

Yes, we can ship to APO addresses. Select USPS when placing your shipping option.

Do you provide certificates for your diamond products?

Some of our items already come with certificates and will be marked as such. Certificates can be requested for certain items as well and a fee assessed for that. Please reach out to us for any specific requests.

I want to make a custom item based off a picture or sketch; do you service these requests?

Yes, we can make custom engagement /wedding rings. Please reach out to us to discuss.

How do I know that my order went through or was completed?

If your order was successful and complete you will receive an order confirmation page. This page will appear after you press "Place Order" at checkout. We encourage you to print this confirmation page for your records. You will also receive an email confirmation at the email address supplied during checkout.
